Referrals for placement can be made directly by calling the program director of the designated staff on duty. Referrals can also be made via email or fax.
Where possible, a pre-admission visit will be made to the candidate to be placed once referral has been deemed suitable.
The referring agency is expected to provide MTF will full details of the child or youths’ family and medical history including any behavioral history.
MTF will provide the referring agency with it’s decision to admit the child or youth within 24 hours and then make arrangements for an admission date
